DECRETA la siguiente,
LEY DE COMERCIO MARÍTIMO
TITULO I
DISPOSICIONES GENERALES
Artículo 1. Esta Ley tiene por objeto regular las relaciones jurídicas que se originan en el
comercio marítimo y en la navegación por agua.
